From the calving glaciers high in the Andes descend the waters which create Patagonia’s infinite watersheds. With thousands of lakes, rivers and streams in the region finding places to fish isn’t an issue; the only issue we face is trying to fit all the diverse angling opportunities Patagonia has to offer into six memorable days. At 45° South, we pride ourselves in fishing you in six completely different locations during your week with us.
All anglers will have the opportunity to take jet boats into pristine, untouched areas and enjoy the solitude. Drift fishing is mostly done from NRS Otter rafts with comfortable fishing frames. Our Catajets were designed by guides in this region to withstand all the diverse conditions one will see here. We run only four stroke Honda 35 HP outboard jets for both their ecological benefits as well as their quietness.
